Sky Talk and Coprolites

This month’s geek project has my phone telling me who is flying in the skies above us:

My outdoor project was to build a uphill water collection pond for the creek fountains and fish ponds. I had to move a couple of big rocks:

I dug it deep enough so that those who wanted to commune with nature (Helen) could use it as a ‘cold tub’ (Bruce prefers the ‘hot tub’):

Before and after comparision:

I found two odd looking rocks. I suspect them to be Coprolites, fossilized animal dung. If only rocks could talk:

The forest is shutting down for the season, but is still pretty:

Aya and Eric managed to find a moving company to help them ‘Escape from LA’. They moved into a nice 2 story condo with great views of downtown:

It was great to have them ‘Thanksgiving-able’. Helen’s homemade chocolates didn’t work very well, but the dominos game did:
