On my 3rd trip to St Thomas, we had 10 days of fun in the sun and I didn\u2019t get a single sun burn.&#160;&#160; And, I did it without putting any lotion on it\u2019s skin.&#160;&#160; This is my master of the Sun pose:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh6.ggpht.com\/_B-OuqrHac60\/Sa8shIcm28I\/AAAAAAAACqs\/f8u_w7nMmXQ\/s1600-h\/DSCN2363%5B4%5D.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right-width: 0px; It is a 3 part plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#160; Sunbath only on sharp pokey rocks (limits exposure time).&#160;&#160; <\/li>\n<li>&#160; When swimming midday, use fully body armor (i.e. a shirt).&#160;&#160;&#160; <\/li>\n<li>&#160; When Helen tries to coax you out from underneath the sun beach umbrella, defend yourself by slapping her on her sunburn to remind her of her foolish ways.&#160; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I had a work project that wasn\u2019t quite done, so I called in to the daily team meetings.&#160;
