We had two sets of (vaccinated) visitors this month.
We did manly things, including freezing ourselves in liquid nitrogen for debatable health benefits:
More noticeable benefits came from a little less severe cooling, adding a high tech mattress topper to our bed. It circulates chilled or heated water, depending on the season, preferences, and left -vs- right side of the bed:
My newfound love of coffee discovered you can create an espresso like crème by whisking a dark roast:
