I cloned my family! Scanned them at our WA get together last month and spent this month editing and printing them in various configurations and sizes:
Some of you may see heads show up in your mailbox 🙂
I also cloned Mom’s voice, or at least tried to. The first recording are some clips I made while visiting with her:
I used those clips to clone her voice with ElevenLabs, then replayed the same conversation with that cloned voice:
This uses that same cloned voice to play the first paragraph of Mom’s autobiography:
Finally, this is my cloned voice reading that same paragraph:
I caught the covid on plane ride back from WA. Tested strong positive in 30 seconds, remained positive for 10 days:
I finally discovered how fingernail clippings magically disappear:
Enjoying my trail hikes. I incentivize myself with trail snacks, came up with a way to eat my vegetable and nut snacks while hiking:
After years of watching a few scattered paw-paw fruits disappear before I could harvest them, I got a bumper crop this year! Made some paw-paw bread, nummy:

Amazing work, Bruce!
Thanks Kisa. I wish I had these tools available earlier … would love to have sculptures and voice models of Helen and my dad. I have plenty of photos though, enjoy those daily 🙂

I checked after a paw-paw article showed up (( think in in the New York Times) and regretfully while the trees would probably survive in New Mexico, they probably wouldn’t bear fruit. Alas.
I have > 20 paw-paw trees/bushes on my 2 acres here, but until this year, only a couple of them had < 10 fruits. This year, 100+ fruits! Not sure why, weather seem similar.
